With our latest prototype ready and a few "dumb" models created, we set out to present the product from two semesters of hard work. Clicks is a lot more than a wearable technology accessory, it is a way a creating connections and interaction between employees in a delicate and positive manner. It was really important for us to convey this message as clear as possible whilst including importent information about the process of designing and building Clicks. In order to so, we worked for about three days to perfect the text, slides and models shown in the presentation.

Learning from our previous experience at Microsoft and, we tried to minimize our lines and worked hard on simplifying our explanations about the operation of Clicks. Rehearsals took place three days before, and with counsel from our mentor Noa Morag, we limited ourselves to three speakers.

Gidon introduced the team, explained about Clicks and its background and later talked about the design process. Gal showed how Clicks operates using photos of employees using Clicks, and May ended our presentation with a video of user studies and a psychological background. All along the presentation the team proudly wore Clicks in a variety of colors for all to see. The presentation went as planned and we received some good reviews and some food for thought. Mentors from the Industry together with faculty members agreed that we have a strong concept and a just need. The audience gave us Feedback about possible improvements for Clicks. One review suggested we create several points around the office with the same NFC tag, to allow people to answer the question without using their Smartphone. This also allows a new possible way to notify employees about a new question. Another review strongly encouraged us to create an option for exchanging information between employees using their Smartphone. the head of Interactive Communications Specialization Dr. Oren Zuckerman recommended we reconsider the rate in which the question changes. Instead of question rotating every week we'd better have a daily question. This could lead to all kinds of ideas such as the CEO's question of the day. Or even adopt a model for special questions for specific days, for instense - "Hobby Tuesday " or "Imagination Monday". A small upset for our team came when mentors argued that we must show statistics or summaries in order to ensure Clicks will be used again and again. This disappointed our team for it was our initial idea in our very first paper prototype. Before Clicks was even created!

But not to worry, our team has much experience in working hard and getting results. In preparation for the exhibition on June 17th, We decided to focus mainly on finishing our data base which will enable us to show statistics, creating a scenario for user information exchange and changing our weekly question in to a daily question as suggested by Dr. Zuckerman. We will continue to update about our progress before our big night. In the mean time, here are some of the slides from our Presentation. Sorry, no video this time. Be sure to view our YouTube channel for the latset videos from Clicks.
